**The opportunity**:
The incumbent will be primarily responsible for assisting Dr. Mandy Archibald with coordinating various research and dissemination projects. The incumbent will also be responsible for carrying out various aspects of the research projects.

**The qualifications and experience we’re looking for**:

- Masters degree in a health-related field required.
- High degree of experience with systematic reviews required.
- Experience with website development required.
- Must have experience with drafting technical reports, academic publications and presentations, and other written documents as requested.
- Must be familiar with confidentiality and security issues related to research essential.
- An acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Experience using statistical and other computer software related to word processing for data collection or organization.
- Must have experience using statistical and other computer software related to systematic reviews, word processing and data management (i.e., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Covidence, SPSS, Reference Management System - Zotero). Must have experience with literature searches and retrieval, as well as grant writing.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills are required.
- Excellent design, branding and marketing skills required.
- Good organizational skills required.
- Must be able to work within time and budget constraints.
- Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others required.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team; with academic and non-academic individuals required.
- Ability and willingness to learn new processes and techniques required.
- Satisfactory work record, including satisfactory attendance and punctuality, is required.
