TERRITORY SALES MANAGER – ONTARIO

PEEL REGION OR DURHAM REGION

Our client is seeking a strong sales representative in the Ontario market. This company is based in Quebec, so the successful applicant will have a home office ready to go, and travel is constant within their territory. They will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience, meeting sales goals, and building strong relationships. Industrial sales experience is a definite must Seeking someone who has a technical mindset and is able to troubleshoot for the customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Sales within assigned territory
  2. Work with inquiries to convert to sales
  3. Maintain accurate files within database
  4. Complete required reports after each sales visit
  5. Research accounts and follow up on sales leads effectively
  6. Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep up on the latest developments within the company
  7. Provide feedback regarding your assigned territory and competitor information
  8. Communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements and custom products
  9. Expense reporting in a timely manner

We are looking for someone who has at least 5 years of experience in industrial sales, someone who understands sales margins, and is able to work in a constantly changing environment. Someone who is flexible and willing to work in areas that may or may not be part of their scope.

***3 weeks of training is provided in Germany – you must be able to travel out of the country. You will also be required to attend meetings in Montreal 2 times a year.
