Administrative Assistant and Invoicing

**Admin Duties**:
- Sending purchase orders to suppliers to keep inventory stock full
- Manage online store using Wordpress - Update products and enter new products
- Ensure daily operation runs smoothly, coordinating between sales, warehouse, and office
- Communicate with external partner, vendors or suppliers regarding an order or logistic solution
- Creating delivery schedule and routes for delivery driver
- Creating and double-checking Invoices and Purchase Orders
- Generate various reports for different purpose
- Participating in meetings and offering ideas on achieving monthly sales goals
- Keeping the outside sales reps informed of delivery schedules
- Answer any questions and inquiries from customers and make sure customers’ request are followed up with action

- Has sales and negotiation skills
- High level of writing skills for business communication
- Flexible and willing to take on jobs from other departments
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other online software
- Have an advanced proficiency in technology
- Not afraid to pick up a phone and make calls, fact find and ask questions
- Resourceful with finding information online
**Considered an asset**:
- Digital design experience (experience with Canva)
- Knowledge of Italian and Spanish cuisine
- Wordpress
- Amazon selling
- Quickbooks/ Inventory systems
- Have Canadian drivers license
