**What You’ll Do**
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding homeowners through the benefits of switching to solar energy.
- Build relationships with potential clients, leveraging both warm leads and your own network of referrals.
- Take ownership of your sales pipeline, including prospecting, cold-calling, and delivering compelling online presentations and proposals.
- Educate clients on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy, positioning it as an investment in their future.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
- Stay on top of deadlines, details, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.

**What Makes You a Great Fit**
- **A year or more of sales experience** is ideal but not required—we’ll teach the right person
- Ambitious, proactive, and resilient—you're ready to exceed expectations and think on your feet.
- Comfortable making calls (up to 100/day) and speaking confidently to clients.
- Detail-oriented and skilled with basic tech tools (Excel, CRM platforms, etc.).
- Own a reliable vehicle and are comfortable traveling for in-person client meetings.
- You thrive in a team environment but are equally driven to meet personal goals.

Pay: $1,200.00-$3,000.00 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON M2K 1E3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
