Energy Management Sales Executive

At **Solify,** you will be working closely with potential clients and guiding them through the process of converting from traditional power usage to clean and cost effective solar energy and guiding the sales team in the process. This role is perfect for an individual who has a leadership mind-set, is detail-oriented, driven, and punctual.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Market Solify and set-up new clients
- Capitalize on generated warm leads while supplementing with personal leads/referrals.
- Cold-calling to generate additional leads to your sales pipeline.
- Educate homeowners on the positive effects of Solar energy including cost savings, clean energy benefits, and worthwhile investment to clients’ homes.
- Assumptive mentality with virtual-online presentations and proposals
- Taking initiative to meet goals and contribute to team performance
- Following through on detail-oriented work and deadlines
- Taking responsibility for individual and shared tasks
**Qualifications**:
- Sales experience; Minimum 1 year **(preferred, not required)**:
- Be proficient with a computer **(A computer and phone is required for this position).**:
- Comfortable speaking over the phone & making up-to 100 calls a day.
- Good at working as a team player
- Willing to go above set expectations
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Problem solving mindset
Pay: $1,600.00-$2,000.00 per week
Additional pay:
- Commission pay

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
