**Role Overview**
As a Growth Hacker in Sales at Edgecom Energy, you’ll play a critical role in propelling our company’s growth to new markets, with a hands-on approach to lead generation and market outreach. You'll innovate and experiment to identify high-quality leads, working closely with senior closers and bringing fresh ideas to our growth strategy. **Your first 90 Days**:
30 Days:
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and proficiency with internal tools (e.g. HubSpot CRM)
- Deliver a steady stream of niche-specific, qualified leads through creative outreach
- Build and validate ideal customer profiles based on market research and customer interviews
60 Days:
- Deliver a steady stream of niche-specific, qualified leads and maintain a high demo conversion rate
- Create and implement a winning lead generation playbook, training the team on your successful tactics
- Provide detailed product roadmap recommendations based on prospect insights
90 Days:
- Scale your lead generation efforts and maintain high demo conversion rates
- Drive a strategic initiative that improves sales process efficiency
- Showcase your strengths and overall impact to progress to a specialized role
