**Who we need**

Reporting to the Administration Team Leader, we are looking for a Bilingual Creditor Financial Administrator to join our growing Creditor team. You will support the ongoing administration functions for our Creditor clients, including responding to phone inquiries and managing changes to coverage and bank account information.

Please note that this is a remote position.

**What you will do**:

- Administer member billing. You will review daily claims reports, compare coverage information, verify member Creditor insurance coverage, and review age termination reports. You will process the collection of premiums or the termination of coverage for customers that have had their monthly premium returned as insufficient funds (NSF). You will track details and manage system entries.
- Quality assurance. You will meet and exceed our service standards and adhere to our best practice guidelines. You will contribute to a rewarding work environment by identifying opportunities to improve processes.

**What you will bring**:

- The experience. You have worked in a call centre environment, navigating demands, frustrations, and client communications. You are solution-oriented, and customer-focused, and can manage stressful situations, de-escalating tension. You have a positive attitude with a commitment to high-quality service, respect for confidentiality, and a passion for solving problems.
- The interpersonal skills. You are an active listener with a capacity for empathy and a tactful manner. You have excellent English and French oral and written communication skills with the confidence to pose questions and present findings.
- The drive. You have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple competing deliverables, follow up on results, track information, and complete tasks on time. You are highly collaborative, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves to uncover information and manage priorities based on changing internal and external requirements.
- The technical skills. You are analytical, comfortable working with numbers, and adept at mathematical reasoning. You are proficient with MS Office.
