**Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist**

**What is the position responsible for?**
- Interviews applicants and gathers information regarding their education, experience, training, job skills, and salary requirements
- Partner with hiring managers to develop a strategic recruiting/sourcing strategy based on current market conditions
- Meets with department supervisors to discuss upcoming company needs and develop a multi-faceted recruitment program
- Review job templates
- Establishes and maintains relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of Four (4) years recruiting experience, including one (1) year of corporate recruiting experience.
- Bilingualism in both English and French is required
- Prioritize and complete a high volume of work, managing multiple projects and coordinating multiple requests to successful completion.
- Interact and establish relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.

La personne retenue aura l’occasion de contribuer à la fonction des ressources humaines telles que les relations avec les employés, la rémunération et les avantages sociaux, la diversité et l’inclusion et autres pratiques concurrentielles de la gestion d’employés de talent.

**Tâches et responsabilités essentielles**
- Documenter les interactions, la prise de contact et les résultats de la présélection;
- Informer sur la rémunération totale et les autres programmes dans le cadre de la proposition de valeur aux employés;
- Effectuer d’autres tâches assignées.

**Compétences**:

- quatre (4) ans d’expérience au moins en recrutement, dont un (1) an d’expérience en recrutement en entreprise.
- bilinguisme anglais-français (obligatoire);
- Prioriser et réaliser un volume de travail élevé, gérer de multiples projets et coordonner de multiples demandes pour mener à bien les projets.
- Prendre l’initiative et établir des relations personnelles solides et productives.
