**Job Summary**:
Blackline Marine Inc. is hiring for a permanent, full time position of Office Assistant. Blackline Marine Inc. is a well respected yacht service company within the boating community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reception and call management
- Data entry to maintain our work order system
- Maintain inventory database
- Invoice preparation and payment
- Assist Office Manager and Project Managers with miscellaneous tasks
- Basic web site maintenance skills an asset but not mandatory

**Skills Required**:

- Mature and friendly personality
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliability is essential
- Able to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
- Enjoy the challenge of learning new skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Access
- Two years experience in inventory data maintenance an asset
- Good written and verbal communications skills

Compensation is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Wage range is between $28-32/hour.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
