**Responsibilities**:
Floater duties include both in-office clerical and client care assignments as an emergency backup for our caregiver team.
- **Office tasks include**: Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service, scheduling support, archiving, data entry, and other clerical duties as assigned.
- **Marketing assignments**: Social Media postings, support marketing campaigns, arranging swags, promotional gifts, and other marketing duties as assigned.
- **Client Care responsibilities**: Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management. Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks. Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and social activities. Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client. Carrying office emergency phone, and other care duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic computer literacy to navigate our scheduling software, as well as Social Media, and Canva design.
- Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field is preferred, but not limited.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is a must.
- Willingness to provide a Criminal Record Check and references.
- First Aid or CPR Level C.

**Shifts & Hours**: 5 days a week (preferable: Mon-Tue-Fri-Sat-Sun) from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (occasionally schedule could vary when needed to cover caregiver/companion shifts).

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
