Jr. Operation Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our operations team. This role provides vital administrative and logístical support to the market vendors, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication, support and guidance to the vendors of the market
- Provide effective and timely administrative and operational support to vendors and management team of the market.
- Liaise with vendors and service contractors of the market to ensure smooth operations and safe operating conditions.
- Administrative control of all pertinent files and records related to building safety, permits to operates, etc.
- Support the Operations Coordinator with operational functions and tasks in both market locations.
- Respond to, assess and address vendor issues with matters related to facility and building operations.
- Escalate major maintenance or repairs issues to the Operations Coordinator
- Work with customer support staff and other market volunteers to provide a superior customer experience
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant or operations administrator role with a multi-unit, retail environment.
Proven customer service skills, excellent problems solving skills and a team player.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) with strong computer skills.
Proficient in SignNow, Adobe Suite and Mail Chimp.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
High attention to detail, particularly in document formatting and presentation.
A collaborative team player who readily supports fellow team members.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
