**Where We Work**:
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
The Jr. buyer is responsible for performing procurement activities to ensure the timely purchase of materials and equipment to meet project requirements. Duties will include:
- Working within a project team environment, potentially on multiple projects
- Maintaining status reports
- Assisting with expediting, as required
- Assist in developing Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Purchase Orders (PO)
- Invoice tracking and reconciliation
- Prepare documentation expediting report
- Maintain supplier database
- Coordinate supplier lessons learned documentation
- PO closeout activities
- Completing Minutes of Meetings
- Updating forms, flowcharts, procedures etc
- Performing other duties as requested

- Focus on quality with an acute attention to detail
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Minimum of one year of buyer or supply chain administration
