Bilingual Administrative Assistant

We are currently looking for a Bilingual (French/ English) Administrative Assistant to join the Tax Services group
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide workflow support to a team of senior professionals and staff
- Type and proofreading correspondence, reports, presentations or other documents, including correction of grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Creating Power Point presentations and Visio diagrams.
- Maintain Partners' billing records, prepare invoices to send to clients and submit expense reimbursements.
- Perform administrative tasks related to the department's operations such as search for documents on the network, travel and hotel arrangement for partners and ensuring that documents are saved in the appropriate directories on the network.
- Manage calendar for partners and book meetings for senior professionals and staff.
- Assist with the printing and assembly of income tax returns and forms (personal, corporate, trust and partnership)
- Other administrative tasks as required.
**What we are looking for**:
- Bilingual in both official languages (English and French) a must
- Post-secondary education in administration or similar relevant work experience required
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, professional services environment
- Proficiency with MS Office including Power Point, Excel & Word
- Strong typing and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and critical thinking a must
- Ability to prioritize work in order to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and with frequent interruptions.
- Must be able to work efficiently in a team environment with a positive and collaborative attitude
- Must be able to demonstrate initiative and proactivity.
- Accountable for the quality and timely completion of work assigned.
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
- Document management skills an asset
- SharePoint knowledge is an asset
- Experience in a professional service firm an asset
The requirement of English is required for business reasons and to serve external and/or internal English-speaking customers.
