Executive Administrative Assistant

Description:
Part time Executive Administrative Assistant role, 3 days per week, Tues/Wed/Thurs and must be onsite in downtown Montreal.
Large enterprise company enterprise executive administrative assistance preferred.
Office Coordinator skills and qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- **Must be bilingual French/English**:
- Outstanding organization and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle various requests from different employees at the same time
- Understanding of basic math, accounting
- Familiarity with computers, copy machines, fax machines, and other office equipment
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
- Oversee the office environment, manages office tasks and communications, and assists upper management with key functions
- Onboarding (system accesses, first time login)
- Purchasing
- Accounts Payable
- Troubleshoot for end users
- Coordinate events/projects for the team
- Troubleshoot hardware, tele-presence, printers
- Offboarding
Pay: $40.00 per hour
Schedule:
