**Responsibilities**:

- Place parts orders with suppliers under the direction of the project manager
- Plan deliveries of parts or equipment (transport planning)
- Enter and file various documents in project folders on the server
- Open projects on the server
- Keep project Excel files up to date
- Assemble documents for project manuals
- Maintain registry of excel file for parts to be imported into our system catalog
- Provide administrative support to all departmental members.
- Other administrative duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- College degree or better required.
- More than 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in the construction or service industry.
- Computer knowledge, Microsoft Office, very experienced in Word and Excel
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to multitask.
- Excellent oral and written skills (Fully Bilingual in English/French).
