A Service Appointment Coordinator is the Service Departments first point of contact with customers and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, and a positive attitude. They are highly motivated and responsible for effectively creating appointments for our service department.

Job Duties:

- Ensure all service department telephone calls are answered promptly, courteously and professionally directing to appropriate team members.
- Book and Confirm Service Appointments
- Coordinate Service Department appointment schedule.
- Perform outgoing calls to book special order parts or recall part installation
- Greet walk-in customers and assist them as required.
- Call customers for oil change and general maintenance reminders.
- Maintain an organized work space.
- Data entry as required.
- General filing as required.
- General cleaning as required
- Restocking coffee machine and coffee area
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Additional duties as required.
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of vehicles and associated parts
- Professional phone etiquette
- Good organizational skills
- Outgoing, friendly personality
- Problem solving skills
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and have effective time management skills
- CDK/ADP experience an asset
- Must maintain a professional appearance Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment
