The main objective of this role is to increase the operational efficiency of Capital Mitsubishi's Service Department. This involves the accurate coordination of appointment booking and confirmation, supplying comprehensive information on available services, and engaging with customers to discuss additional services that may be required.

**A Day In The Life**
- Responsible for answering the Service Department telephone and contacting customers to remind and schedule or reschedule service appointments in a professional manner.
- Contacting customers that have vehicles due for maintenance or possible recall and book them in for service.
- Determining which technician is properly qualified to do the job, be able to estimate how long the task to be performed may take and enter the repair order into their daily workload.
- Portfolio management which includes updating client information in the database to ensure correct information.
- Keeping management aware of situations that might need management intervention or that might adversely affect the business reputation, profitability or customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring safety policies, standards, and procedures are followed to achieve a safe work environment and safety for all staff, customers, and vendors.

**What We Require From You**
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years’ administrative and/or automotive dealership experience is an asset.
- Record of Conduct.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
