Appointment Coordinator in Our Service Department

**_ RESPONSIBILITIES :_**
- **_ Handle all incoming customer appointment inquiries efficiently and accurately_**
- **_ Record details of inquiries, comments or complaints_**
- ** Work with customers to determine their needs for repair and/or service of the vehicle**
- ** Perform outgoing calls to clients for service reminders and outstanding recall work**
- **_ Contact and schedule service appointments_**
**_ QULIFICATIONS:_**
- **_ Professional and excellent communication skills_**
- **_ Automotive background (an asset but not a requirement for the right individual)_**
- **_ Proficiency in computer use_**
- **_ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills ; attention to detail_**
- **_ Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment_**
**A valid driver’s license is a must**
