**Responsibilities**:
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to the success of our projects. Here are some of the tasks and abilities you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain various data sets in our systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all data.
- Prepare, scan, and organize documents, ensuring proper filing and easy retrieval of records.
- Assist with general office duties including answering phones, managing correspondence, and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure the office is well-stocked.
- Generate regular reports from data systems, providing insights and updates to the management team.
- Provide administrative support to different departments as needed, including assisting with proposal preparation, scheduling meetings, and other clerical tasks.
**Skills/ Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, data entry, or office support role, preferably in a construction or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with data entry systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and clients.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
