About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Process Improvement Manager to spearhead initiatives that enhance our operational efficiency and optimize our supply chain strategy. This role will be responsible for driving ever-improving results by leveraging business model tools, consulting skills, and change management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Drive process improvements across the organization using lean, six sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ABM roadmap at ATS and act as a champion with ATS Industrial Automation.
- Provide formal and informal training and coaching on ABM tools and methodologies.
- Promote and facilitate development in various ABM tools, transactional improvements, and kaizen leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven track record of leading successful improvement initiatives in a manufacturing or service environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive projects from conception to completion.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
