We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Excellence ABM Transformation Specialist to join our team at ATS Industrial Automation.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to drive commercial growth, improve processes, and implement Lean principles across our global organization.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in commercial functions, including marketing, sales, and/or sales operations management, with a strong analytical background and problem-solving skills.

You will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of our business model, developing critical growth tools, and driving improvement in commercial processes. Our goal is to achieve profitable growth while maximizing impact on key metrics.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate Lean thinking into commercial processes to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and deploy critical growth tools, such as pricing excellence, sales funnel management, and key account management
  • Work closely with business unit and corporate leaders to define and implement Commercial Excellence KPIs and apply ABM tools effectively
  • Lead and coach Sales and Marketing leaders and teams to install and drive ABM Fundamentals, including aligned metrics, robust daily visual management, structured problem solving, and breakthrough Kaizen events
  • Benchmark and define best practices and processes for Sales and Marketing to leverage across global ATS organizations

As a Commercial Excellence ABM Transformation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in establishing and achieving our goal deployment and strategic plan objectives, focusing on growth and commercial priorities.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your location and experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, overtime pay, employee bonus, RSP matching, and Employee Share Purchase Program.
