Overview:
We are currently looking for a **Continuous Improvement Coordinator **with previous manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment to join Cambridge CI team.

In this role, you will be asked to develop, document and facilitate change management system from ground up to help with managing and rolling out new changes to our complex manufacturing lines. You will work in tandem with the CI team, occasionally handling CI projects as well. A visionary who possesses an ability to think, organize, access, develop and communicate with all concerned stake holders and cross functional team.

Key Ingredients:

- Design and implement a comprehensive change management system to support the organization's transformation initiatives across production, engineering, R&D, and continuous improvement.
- Act as an active change management gate keeper by actively ensuring that all changes adhere to the established change management process. Monitor compliance and address any deviations from the process.
- Conduct impact assessments to evaluate the effects of proposed changes on existing processes, systems, and personnel. Develop mitigation plans to address potential challenges.
- Establish standardized processes and protocols for managing change, KPI’s to measure the success and impact of initiatives, including documentation, communication plans, and risk assessment procedures.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful adoption and buy-in for change initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between departments to align goals and expectations, implement communication plans to keep employees informed about upcoming changes.
- Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on change management principles, tools, and techniques. Ensure staff are equipped with the skills needed to adapt to and support organizational changes.

Recipe for Success:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in change management, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading successful change initiatives. PMP is an asset.
- Proficient in change management methodologies and tools.
- Strategic - big picture thinking skills, comfortable with ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Solid understanding of Lean Six Sigma concepts is essential; Black Belt is an asset.
