**Major Duties**:
Reporting to the Controller SG&A, the Commercial Analyst oversees sales and bid management process and manages CRM to ensure data quality and consistent end user experience. With a disposition for critical thinking and an enhanced business acumen, you drive data analytics to deliver robust reports to help formulate strategy and support key decision makers and stakeholders in the company.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Manages and maintains the business approval process: upstream communication, downstream Bid Form data checks;
- Ensures compliance to the documentation and approvals in line with corporate controls and approval requirements;
- Manages the approval process to ensure approvals are obtained from relevant stakeholders in a timely manner;
- Appointed as the CRM Super user ensuring data accuracy and integrity; runs a variety of data quality checks and trains users on procedures and updates associated with third party platforms;
- Actively participates in the continuous improvement initiatives to maximize the utility of the CRM functions by partnering with IT and external partners;
- Creates custom reports, data presentations and dashboards and prepares monthly business review reports;
- Assists with the preparation of quarterly variable compensation for commercial team.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- A post-secondary diploma or degree majoring in finance, business, accounting or related field.

**Experience**:

- Combined 3+ years of relevant experience in a commercial or analyst capacity, ideally in an international, project driven environment within automotive or machine builder industry.
- Demonstrated experience in rapidly scaling a business and being able to manage and own challenges when they arise.
- Experience in project management fundamentals and/or in scheduling of complex deliveries within a matrix organization.
- Great written and oral communication skills and a proven ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), business practices and policies, and Customer Relationship Management software.
