As a **Continuous Improvement Manager**, you will provide leadership and direction to all plant departments. You will collaborate on financial and operational improvements in order to achieve business goals and targets.

You will report directly to the Plant Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work to help implement improvement items.
- Provide systems instruction, technical, and customer service support.
- Provide training to plant personnel as needed.
- Meet with current and potential customers.
- Lead and manage continuous improvement projects; Ensure alignment with business strategy.
- Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for part profitability improvements.
- Implement new operational efficiency initiatives.
- Promote adoption of improvement measures and driving Lean methodology.
- Project Management - Coordinates projects; Communicates changes and progress; Completes projects on time and budget.
- Consult with management providing expertise in process improvement techniques to achieve corporate objectives with the costs allowable.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in an area such as manufacturing or industrial engineering required.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience is required.
- Team development, team leadership techniques and project management methods.
- Possess leadership experience, problem solving and process improvement skills.
- 6Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
