**Major Duties**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive ever-improving results by leveraging ATS Business Model (ABM) tools, consulting skills, and change management process.
- Assist ATS leadership in the development and execution of an ABM roadmap at ATS and act as Champion with ATS Industrial Automation 0
- Directly provide formal and informal ABM training and coaching
- Promote and facilitate development in various ABM tools, transactional improvements, and kaizen leadership
- Drive ABM culture and build ABM excellence within the organization.
- Benchmark and incorporate best practices within ATS and outside organizations
- Assist in establishing and achieving the Goal Deployment and Strategic Plan objectives.
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to analyze current processes and identify areas for enhancement.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices.
- Evaluate and appoint a Global ATS Supply Chain Leader who would be specifically driving the Supply Chain objectives
- Establish and maintain relationships with strategic third-party suppliers that result in the development of next-generation tools and products that will enable ATS to deliver to its customers.
- Through the new Global IA Supply Chain Leader develop and implement supply chain strategies that ensure the efficient and cost-effective flow of materials, products, and information.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance reliability and responsiveness.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of supply and achieve best in class performance.
- Leverage technology and data analytics to drive supply chain innovation and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven track record of leading successful improvement initiatives in a manufacturing or service environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
- Innovative thinker with a passion for excellence and a commitment to lifelong learning.
