Office Manager
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operation and activities of school: student academics, financial account and admissions
- Secures agreements and arrange student clinical placement with facilities
- Maintain and update college files/agreements with ministry/facilities
- Make follow up calls with past students and student leads
- Arrange class intakes on a timely basis
- Oversee instructors performance
- Address student concerns and assist with their academic performance
**Requirements**:
- Must be tech/computer savvy
- Must have exceptional customer service and phone skills
- Must be detail oriented with high problem solving skills
- Positive and outgoing personality
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
