**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
- Supervise office staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Handle human resources tasks such as employee onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record management
- Ensure efficient operation of office equipment and troubleshoot issues when needed

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an office management role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Familiarity with human resources processes is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
