**Job Overview**
Kindred Productions (KP) and its parent organization, the Canadian Conference of MB Churches (CCMBC), seek to hire a 0.2 FTE administrative and Customer support position. **This is a hybrid position**. CCMBC has its head office in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Kindred Productions Administrative and Customer Support staff reports to the Director of Communications and Operations.
- Staff in this position must identify with and represent the Christian motivation and mission of CCMBC._
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Creating customer invoices
- Monitoring KP inventory
- Supporting KP customers
- Interacting with vendors
- Collaborating with CCMBC finance staff
- Occasional on-site responsibilities
- Occasional travel to national events where Kindred Production is represented
- Coordinating KP website maintenance through the CCMBC Communications staff
**Team Dynamic**
- Attending regular staff meetings (onsite or virtual)
- Participation in overall communications strategy
- Attend CCMBC events as required-some of which occur on weekends or evenings. In suchcircumstances, the employee will be granted compensation in the form of time off in lieu.
**Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)**
A post-secondary degree from an accredited post-secondary educational institution is preferred.
**Experience and requirements**
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar field
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $24.50 per hour
Expected hours: 7.5 per week
