**COMPANY DESCRIPTION**:
**Setcan Corporation** is the world's largest supplier of Reality Based Training (RBT) products for Law Enforcement, Military and Security Organizations. Setcan is the exclusive seller of the Shocknife, StressVest, Blue Baton, and other reality based training products used in scenario based training and sold to Academies and Instructors worldwide. Customers include the FBI, US & Canada Custom Border Services, US Secret Service, US & Canadian Military, RCMP and every major police department in Canada.
**OVERVIEW OF POSITION**:
**DETAILS**:
**Sales & Customer Support**
- Answer phones and serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, directing calls as needed.
- Set appointments for the sales team and manage some order-taking processes.
- Create and update sales quotes, follow up on quotes to close sales, and process purchase orders.
- Providing clear and effective written and oral responses to potential new customers who contact Setcan (product information, quotations, etc.).
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing customer agencies/accounts (follow up, customer/product service, etc.)
- Dealing effectively with customer issues & warranty items in timely fashion.
**Vendor & Contracting Management**
- Manage vendor setups for state and government agencies, ensuring compliance with all necessary documentation.
- Assist with government contracting processes, preparing necessary documents and coordinating with the team.
**CRM, Administrative & Operations Support**
- Maintain CRM with up-to-date customer information, quotes, and order statuses.
- Assist with various administrative tasks related to sales, operations, and bookkeeping as needed.
**REPORTING / OTHER**:
- Works with small team.
- Setcan will provide all product training.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
