Woodland Manufacturing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Planning Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Production Planning department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Founded in 1965, Woodland Manufacturing is a Winnipeg-based company that specializes in interior doors, stair parts, mouldings, and custom millwork products. We are known for our commitment to quality and exceptional customer service.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Planning Coordinator who can effectively manage work orders, coordinate with various departments, and provide excellent communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and reviewing work orders: Collecting and assessing incoming work orders for completeness and accuracy.
  • Data Entry: Accurately inputting work order information into the system.
  • Communication: Coordinating with various departments to relay work order requests and provide updates on status.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles, particularly in work order processing or facilities management, is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $21.50-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including dental, massage, and physiotherapy coverage, an HSA, an employee assistance program, and much more.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, in our Winnipeg facility.
