At Woodland Manufacturing, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our Production Planning team. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and reviewing work orders, accurately inputting information into our system, and communicating with various departments to ensure seamless execution of production planning tasks.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in administrative or clerical roles, particularly in work order processing or facilities management, to apply their skills and knowledge in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and reviewing work orders for completeness and accuracy
  • Data entry: Accurately inputting work order information into our system
  • Communication: Coordinating with various departments to relay work order requests and provide updates on status
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles, particularly in work order processing or facilities management (an advantage)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Compensation and Benefits
