As an Office Administrator, you will deliver exceptional customer service by skillfully performing a variety of administrative functions. Your role will include accounts payable, payroll, data entry, front desk support, and a myriad of other administrative duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

-     Reception duties including directing phone calls and inquiries.
-     Administrative support with a focus on data entry, document handling, and coordination of volunteer activities.
-     Oversee client correspondence and the preparation of service materials.
-     Maintenance of office systems and handling essential tasks to support operations.

**Key Qualifications and Demonstrated Abilities**:

-     A passion for customer care evidenced by previous professional experiences.
-     Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
-     Ability to work independently, reliably, and manage tasks effectively under pressure.
-     Detail-oriented with robust administrative and data entry skills.
-     Experience with contract handling would be an asset.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
