**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly manner
- Forward telephone and electronic inquiries to appropriate parties
- Print, code and distribute accounts payable invoices
- Gather and organize receipts for expense reports
- Maintain manual and electronic filing systems
- Manually create and label job files, and update electronically
- Process and distribute mail
- Maintain Subcontractor WCB Clearance list
- Support Project Management team
- Other general office duties as they arise

**SKILLS**
- 1 year office experience or related education
- Detail oriented with good organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of various office equipment

**ASSETS**
- Familiarity with the construction or insurance industries
- Understanding of accounts payable processes
- Knowledge of Xactimate, Xactanalysis and Symbility software systems
