Accounts Payable Administrator

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Process all purchase orders received ensuring high level of accuracy is maintained
- Review and code all invoices appropriately
- Prepare and record all cheques as required in a timely manner while ensuring internal approval processes are met
- Monitor all pre-authorized payments
- Reconcile suppliers' statements on a timely basis
- Perform administrative duties such as calculating charge backs, preparation of miscellaneous invoices, etc.
- Set up new clients and delete past clients upon approval
- Liaise with other departments to ensure issues are resolved
- Assist with Reception coverage as needed during breaks, vacation, etc.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Manager

**Qualifications**:

- 1 - 2 years accounts payable/administrative experience
- Accounting or administrative diploma or enrollment into said course an asset
- Yardi experience an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Able to manage time effectively in a fast paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage time effectively in order to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills with attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in North York, ON M3B 2T3
