**Opportunity knocks**
As our Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting Accounts Payable Representatives with processing and payment of invoices in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. You will be assisting the Accounts Payable team by entering Inventory invoices and credit notes, reconciling vendor statements on a monthly basis, filing paperwork & reviewing back-up for EFT, ACH, and Wire payments.
**Your story**
You possess a minimum of 1 year Accounts Payable experience along with a working knowledge of general accounting principles and full-cycle accounts payable processes. You have a keen eye for detail and good verbal and written communication skills. You are able to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment while maintaining accuracy.
