**Store Location: Montreal in Quebec**

**Working type: Hybird Remote. Combines on-site work at a specifi address (la salle) with some remote flexibility.**

**Major Responsibilities**:

- oversee company's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
- Ensures full-cycle Accounts Payable is processed in an accurate and timely manner including matching purchase orders, packing slips and invoices in a computerized ledger system.
- Prepares cheques for all authorized payments to vendors including employee expenses.
- Assist processing payroll for employees in the store if needed.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of store and office.
- Work with other managements to design, implement the best practices in coordinate to business operation.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Perform related tasks as required.

**Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements**
- Possess post-secondary academic certification, a bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 years of Bookkeeping and business Admin Experience.
- Preferred customer service and/or store operations ideally in retail business and enjoy working with people.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to providing a quality customer service.
- Result-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in MS Office tool includes Excel, PPT, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, able to communicate in **Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) **is an asset.
