**Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
- Design internal standard operating procedures and documentation for company use
- Direct liaison with the site team during learning phase
- Develop and deliver the service levels required to provide the customer with the best experience possible
- Craft WFM platform to ensure required service levels and staffing levels are met.
- Learn and define training curriculum for new hires
- Defines and builds quality assurance methodology
- Sets metrics and goals of staff and supervise real time support environment
- Find opportunities to improve internal processes which promote standard methodologies and lead to overall performance improvement and organizational efficiency
- Co-ordinate the activities of the Customer Service team; provide support and advice to team members
- Supervise performance and lead the team to achieve key performance indicators, providing e an excellent service to customers
- Evaluate customer feedback and identify ways to improve customer satisfaction
- Ensure that standard operating procedures are documented and maintained
- Produce written reports as the need arises

**Qualifications**
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in related technical customer support roles
- Strong log analysis skills and extensive experience in investigation of technical issues
- Team management experience
- Experience in team creation and growth to scale
- Previous experience/knowledge in the areas of public cloud, virtualization, networking, IT, IaaS, SaaS
