Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support a team of clinicians to deliver comprehensive mental health services to children and youth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and outcomes.
- Collaborate with Ministry of Children and Family Development child services teams, Health Authorities, and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing and Licensed to practice nursing under the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
- Experience in the provision of mental health services to children, youth and their families.
- Experience supervising staff.
- Valid class 5 BC Driver's licence with no restriction or equivalent.
- One (1) or more years of experience in the provision of mental health services to children, youth and their families.
- Six or more months of experience leading staff in a supervisory capacity.
- Six or more months of experience working collaboratively with Ministry of Children and Family Development child services teams, Health Authorities, and community partners.
