Position Overview

As a Customer Support Team Leader at City Avenue Market, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our customer service operations. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional service and resolves customer inquiries effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor staff, including apprentices and team members.
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel to optimize workflow.
  • Authorize product returns and manage inventory issues.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Coordinate daily activities of team members to enhance productivity.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a commitment of 35 hours per week. The primary language of communication will be English.
