**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage Real Estate Transaction files, check for compliance, and follow up with REALTORS® to ensure complete files.
- Be able to communicate effectively and in a timely manner with clients
- Aid with training Real Estate Agents on new technology systems available to them
- Aid with the onboarding of new Real Estate Agents
- Any other duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Post Secondary Education
- Excellent at building rapport
- Easily learns & can teach how to use technology
- People oriented
- Experience with Data Entry
- Good organizational skills
- Detailed oversight of contracts
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with training development is a plus

Pay: $30,000.00-$37,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
