**In this role, you will**:

- Work to get in front of our competition and stay on the forefront of prospects minds
- Engage with net new prospects to drive a high volume of sales
- Work together with a business development rep (BDR) to conduct needs qualification calls and move them through the pipeline
- Conduct discovery and demos meetings to match our solutions to the target market’s problems throughout the sales journey
- Generate new business in Inbound and Outbound channels through top-of-the-line lead development tools
- Expand sales opportunities with existing customers by supporting them through solution use cases and opportunities for upselling
- Help small and mid-sized companies realize the potential of asset tracking & business intelligence
- Set yourself up for a successful career by learning the necessary fundamentals to excel to be a great sales leader, and/or future executive
- Maintain CRM use, cadence and adherence to generate accurate funnel reports, pipeline management and revenue achievement
- Create satisfied and reference-able customers
- Manage multiple, varied accounts, and exhibit resilience in managing customers who are learning the value of telematics
- Keep abreast of the IT industry, competitors, competitive issues and products
- Drive penetration in businesses and IT leadership through relationship management within the accounts
- Other related duties as assigned

**We're looking for people who have**:

- 2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in tech, IOT or SAAS
- A professional who gets more excited to **close** **a deal**, than open a deal
- Previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- A track record of high achievement and keenly developed competitive nature
- A strong problem solving, with a solution-based approach
- Excellent communication skills; professional and engaging
- The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better
- The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- The technical aptitude to master our products & sales tools
- The ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis
- University or College Degree

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
