**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare customer invoices using QuickBooks Desktop (not online)
- process incoming payments and bank deposits
- Collections
- working out discrepancies and following up with customer
- various reconciliation of accounts
- other office & admin duties

**Qualifications**:

- one year experience in accounts receivable
- Strong excel skills
- Proficiency in using accounting software like Sage and QuickBooks Desktop
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work output

Pay: $47,000.00-$52,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
