Assistant to CEO/office Administrator

We are seeking a skilled **Assistant to CEO/Office Administrator** to join our team. As an **Assistant to CEO**, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO with administrative tasks. As an **Office Administrator**, you will need to manage and perform administrative tasks for the business.
**Responsibilities**
- **Assist CEO**: You will need to pay person bills, coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings, and other tasks needed to by the CEO.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain supplies for office, first aid and eye wash stations
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos and reports
- Filing system management
- Booking flights, hotels and drug testing
- Scheduling/Booking employees for courses and training
- Branch Accounting
- Assist in data entry
- Other administrative task
**Requirements and Skills**
- **Communication**: Must be fluent in both oral and written English.
- **Experience**: Strong clerical skills with at least 2-3 years of experience in an administration function.
- **An extreme proficiency in MS Office**: In particular, Word, Excel and Outlook
- **Accuracy and Attention to Detail.**:
- **Data Entry**: Proficiency in data entry and working with spreadsheets.
- **Driver’s License & Car**: Must have a vehicle to do certain administrative tasks.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
Salary will be commensurate with experience level.
