Office Administrator

Aarcomm Systems is an electronics design and manufacturing company focused on providing next generation radio remote controls for mobile construction and utility equipment. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with accounting tasks (deposit cheques, sending invoices, A/P, A/R)
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Process incoming mail and packages
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Assist with coordination of trade shows and conferences
- Coordinate company even
- Oversee building maintenance and trades
- Perform general office tasks as required
**Required knowledge, skills and abilities**:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent computer skills and proficient with MS Office
- Attention to detail
- Ability to contribute positively to the team environment
- Willingness and desire to learn and improve
- Own transportation is a plus

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
