**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements, and provide strategic guidance and solutions to help them achieve their goals.
- Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to review performance, discuss new opportunities, and address any concerns or issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, requests, and escalations, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Gather client feedback and insights, and communicate it internally to inform product enhancements, service improvements, and overall customer experience initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations and insights to clients to help them optimize their use of the company's products or services.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients, highlighting key achievements, milestones, and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to the clients' industry, and share relevant insights and recommendations with clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of client relationship management principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to understand clients' business objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Analytical skills to gather and interpret client data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to manage client expectations and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools to track client interactions, manage pipelines, and measure performance.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Casual

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
