**Administrative Assistant**

The Administrative Assistant position on the Acewood Carpentry team will provide support to our executive team. Duties include:

- Assist with daily office operations and clerical tasks
- Maintain filing system and organized paperwork
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and data entry
- Experience with Quickbooks Online
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) a plus
