Corporate Sales Representative N-hance Canada

N-Hance Canada is the nation's largest refinishing franchise, with over 75 locations across six provinces.
As a **Corporate Sales Representative**, you will be responsible for selling a range of N-Hance home improvement services to clients within a defined territory or customer segment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their unique and evolving needs.
- Utilize effective needs analysis techniques and negotiation skills to identify and drive new opportunities.
- Manage customer expectations effectively and ensure all necessary documentation is processed flawlessly after each sale.
- Provide regular progress reports, updates, and sales data, utilizing Excel to track performance metrics.
- Manage sales funnels and provide updates on targets and objectives to ensure alignment with weekly, monthly, and quarterly territory plans.
- Participate in team meetings, sales training, and ongoing mentorship to continuously improve skills and stay updated on industry trends.
- Act as a brand ambassador for N-Hance Canada, promoting the company’s reputation by supporting events and fostering community relations.
- Perform other related duties as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience within a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to informally lead and influence peers to drive performance is considered an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
