Inside Sales Representative

**The Job**:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating, maintaining, and calling a prospect list, based on our current corporate goals. You will be required to communicate frequently with outside sales and other managers in the business providing updates on various objectives and reporting weekly. It is crucial that our Inside Sales Representative promotes a positive company image through consistency, quality, safety, and professionalism.

**The Responsibilities**:
- Act as a Prime ambassador and lead by example
- Train and mentor employees in your department
- Build and maintain prospect lists
- Schedule multiple meetings per day for various branches
- Record the meeting outcome data in our CRM
- Follow up on quote opportunities
- Stay up to date on market trends
- Work in a safe manner and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Complete employee performance reviews, as required
- Other duties as required
**The Requirements**:
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Valid G class driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to effectively lead a team
- Additional relevant certificates and training would be considered an asset
