Premier Brands, Ltd., Canada’s leading independent imported beer and cider company, Celebrating over 30 years of import excellence has an opportunity available for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our growing team at our Oakville, Ontario facility.
**Job Summary**
**Inside Sales Representative, (ISR) **is responsible for:
- Working with our customers and potential customers with the intent of promoting and selling our beverage products.
- Providing "best in class" customer service to all existing and new customers.
- Working collaboratively with the Sales, Service and Delivery Teams.
**Major Areas of Accountability**
- Effectively secure sales orders from all existing and targeted accounts
- Plans daily calls to ensure coverage and excellent service of all accounts.
- Timely and accurate invoicing via QuickBooks accounting software.
- Promote growth with customers and provide excellent customer service and support.
**Essential QualificationsCompensation and Benefits**
- College Diploma
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Exacting attention to detail and follow through.
- Exceptional communication and listening skills to fully understand and meet customer needs during indirect sales process.
- Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
