We’re looking to add one Administrative team member at this time.

**The position will include**:

- $20 - $24/hr (dependent on experience)

- Good with data entry, filing, and repetitive work
- Passion for improving efficiency of existing processes
- Strong understanding of Office 365 apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint)
- Experience in an office administrative role a requirement (receptionist, executive assistant, etc.)
- Experience in a finance role is an asset
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is an asset

**Main Responsibilities**:
Supporting a few members of the Administrative team, the Administrative Assistant is to support back office functions required to enable a smooth customer journey for our clients. Some of the key activities involved in this role are:

- Prepare mail and documentation for clients and medical offices
- Data entry of client information in CRM
- Filing, organization, and other general administrative tasks
- Support administrative team in the preparation of documents and tax work
- Correspondence with CRA representatives via phone
- Communicate with sales staff to understanding client situations & needs
- Assist the administrative team with general administrative tasks as required
- Other activities as requested by management

**Location**: Swift Disability Services is based in Port Moody, BC. Our offices are located on Murray St. directly across from beautiful Rocky Point and surrounded by craft breweries. We are in close proximity to the sky train and the West Coast Express.

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
